For the personal emergency the assistance button is attached to a pendent or water proof band. Have the elderly person wear the pendant or the water proof wrist band. Make sure whenever the person feels unwell he or she presses the assistance button.

Once the button is pressed a two way voice intercom conversation will be established between the trained unwell person and trained ADT professional. The ADT official will listen to the symptoms carefully and will take necessary measures.

 You will be informed of the condition of your loved family member- how he or she is feeling presently. In case of emergency, they will send an ambulance or medical team to take useful steps.
